In an off-the-cuff sunrise commentary on his farm, Dr. Lively announces his intention to begin building a congregation of Christian believers who do not grant the secular government power to dictate Christian practices or doctrines. He established First Century Bible Church just prior to the Covid 19 pandemic and held off active congregation-building in the belief that the church community would regain its spiritual and cultural equilibrium after the initial chaos subsided. Now, however, he recognizes that the elites are actively suppressing the church for political purposes and that there is virtually no push-back by churches (with rare exceptions). As a long-time culture warrior, Dr. Lively believes there is s severe leadership vacuum and is stepping forward to provide an example of fortitude and perseverance.
